  • We want experience building AI solutions in modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
  • We want familiarity with Microsoft Azure and core technologies in the AI Foundry ecosystem.
  • We want understanding of AI solution patterns ranging from SLMs to intelligent agentic automation, LLM foundational models, human in the loop, and MLOps.
  • We want understanding of data architecture design patterns including RAG, serverless, DWH models, data mesh, and data products.
  • We want hands-on fluency in Python, R, or SQL.
  • We want someone ready to jump in and provide solutions where required.
Responsibilities:
  • We want you to lead the local Data and AI Practice and expand our Data capability.

  • We want you to work closely with our global data practice team, your practice team, and local leadership.

  • We want you to turn enterprise-scale challenges into opportunities for our clients.
  • We want you to translate complex data concepts into business value.
  • We want you to design systems and architectures that deliver value for both the business and users.

  • We want you to champion quality assurance and performance tuning.

  • We want you to guide teams through the full Data Product Lifecycle.
