AWS Cloud Operations Engineer (Night Shift)

Salary: £58,000 - 67,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong AWS cloud experience, including EKS, ECS, EC2, RDS, IAM and VPC
• Linux systems administration expertise
• Containerisation and Kubernetes experience
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code knowledge
• Database administration experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora or similar
• A passion for reliability, security and continuous improvement
• Applicants must be eligible for Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Join a large-scale project focused on onboarding a major public sector client and delivering highly secure customer contact solutions
• Build, support and optimise cloud platforms that underpin critical services
• Work across AWS cloud infrastructure, Linux environments, container platforms and databases
• Help ensure secure, scalable and highly available systems
• Influence architecture and operational excellence within the engineering team
