IT Application Manager

Salary: £45,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Application Manager, IT Manager, or senior IT support role.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Good understanding of networking and infrastructure.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support business applications, including ERP and warehouse systems.
• Administer and optimise our Microsoft 365 environment.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows.
• Oversee network infrastructure alongside our managed service provider.
• Provide Windows and macOS desktop support.
• Manage third-party suppliers, software licensing, and technical escalations.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and business processes.
