Python Developer

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience with Python development.
• Active SC Clearance or full eligibility to undergo the vetting process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A desire for continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, scalable software and code using Python.
• Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Write and execute tasks within our DevOps environment using modern tooling.
• Provide third-line technical support through detailed investigation and analysis.
• Act as a focal point for technical guidance and mentorship within our team.
• Translate customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Assist with planning project activities and estimating proposed technical works.
• Author and review high-quality design documentation and training materials.
• Conduct research to advance departmental workflows and business requirements.
• Support sales and marketing teams by providing key technical information.
• Move between diverse projects to expand our business and technical awareness.
