Senior Developer

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong skills across the Microsoft technology stack, including C#, .NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio, APIs, and Microsoft Business Central.
• Commercial experience as a developer.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Power Platform, and Power Apps would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, Visual Studio, and Microsoft development technologies across web and Windows-based platforms.
• Develop and optimise SQL Server solutions, including database design, queries, stored procedures, reporting, and performance improvements.
• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of business-critical systems, including Microsoft Business Central.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, contributing to system design, architecture, and successful delivery.
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs and connected services.
• Deliver custom development projects from initial requirements through to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Investigate and resolve complex software issues to ensure application reliability, security, and performance.
• Maintain strong standards around data integrity, documentation, and development best practices.
• Support continuous improvement across systems, processes, and development practices.
