ADAS & Diagnostic Technical Support Technician

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong automotive diagnostic and electrical/ADAS knowledge
• Experience with OEM or aftermarket diagnostic tools
• Clear communication and strong customer support skills
• Problem-solving ability and a methodical troubleshooting approach
• Relevant automotive qualifications are desirable, such as IMI or ASE
• Calm under pressure, helpful, and detail-focused
• Strong willingness to learn as vehicle technology evolves
• Professional, organised, and proactive approach

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support for ADAS calibration, fault-finding, and diagnostic procedures
• Assist customers with diagnostic software, equipment setup, and system programming
• Interpret fault codes, wiring diagrams, and technical data to diagnose issues
• Maintain accurate case records and contribute to technical documentation
• Provide training and share best practices with customers and internal teams
• Carry out other duties as reasonably required by senior managers to support our objectives and goals

Our nationwide fleet of highly qualified automotive technicians provides a wide range of advanced diagnostics and programming services. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Milton Keynes, MK15 8HQ, with a salary of £30,000 to £36,000 per annum depending on experience. We are looking for an ADAS & Diagnostic Technical Support Technician to support technicians and workshops with troubleshooting, calibration guidance, and the effective use of diagnostic tools.
