Senior Product Manager - Manchester

Salary: £60,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments and levels.
• Comfortable working autonomously without step-by-step direction.
• Confidence using and integrating AI tools into day-to-day product management.
• Clear, articulate communication skills with the ability to explain what was built, why it was built, and the results achieved.
• Passion for product, motivation to improve processes, and curiosity to keep learning.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK and able to perform the work specified.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the website, property report, and wider digital products.
• Support other teams in alignment for around 12 months while leading our own product areas.
• Shape and deliver our AI-driven strategy, including AI workflows and further PropTech AI integration.
• Lead discovery directly with customers and turn insights into actionable priorities.
• Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and leadership to gain buy-in and drive execution.
• Act as a role model for independent decision-making, coach others, and contribute to best practices.
