IT Support Analyst

Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support
• Experience managing systems or applications as an application manager or primary administrator
• Familiarity with business technologies such as Slack, Salesforce, Okta, Windows, Mac OS, and Google Workspace administration
• Experience working to service SLA and KPI performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain issues and solutions clearly and professionally
• Passion for technology enablement and delivering an exceptional user experience
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of technology, systems, and personal skills
• Self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT technical support to our internal employees and partner end users
• Proactively monitor support activities, applications, and escalations to maintain a strong customer service environment
• Manage end-user support queries through our communication channels, ensuring requests are documented, prioritised, and communicated appropriately
• Enforce our IT standards, policies, practices, and procedures company-wide, with a focus on security and privacy
• Provide technical knowledge to colleagues and end users on hardware, software, telephony, and internal business systems or processes
• Oversee the health of key software systems as a primary administrator, including user access, permissions, and configuration
• Facilitate external support engagement with our parent company and vendor support teams when issues cannot be resolved in-house
• Coordinate with global support personnel to maintain support coverage across time zones and meet KPI and SLA targets
• Assist with projects across our corporate infrastructure and software development, including training and updates
