Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, collaborating on go-to-market planning, account-based initiatives, and territory priorities to improve lead quality, sales enablement, and overall marketing impact.
Performance Measurement and Data-Driven Decision Making:
Define success metrics, analyze performance data, and leverage market insights to continuously optimize programs, inform investment decisions, and clearly communicate results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Integrated Multi-Channel Campaign Leadership:
Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across email, digital advertising, social, and other channels, ensuring cohesive execution, consistent messaging, and alignment from strategy through delivery.
Brand Leadership and Regional Positioning:
Champion brand consistency and positioning across assigned regions, ensuring a strong, differentiated, and locally relevant brand presence across all field marketing initiatives.
Budget Ownership and Resource Allocation:
Own and manage regional field marketing budgets, making strategic investment decisions to maximize ROI, scale high-performing initiatives, and balance short-term impact with long-term growth.
Marketing Technology and Enablement:
Leverage and optimize marketing technology platforms—including Pardot, HubSpot, 6sense, and CRM systems—to improve campaign execution, targeting, measurement, and reporting, while driving best practices across the region.
