Team description

Talent Acquisition's Performance Marketing function helps attract the right candidates efficiently across different markets and roles.

As we continue to strengthen our in-house capabilities, you'll support day-to-day campaign operations, reporting and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with teams across Talent Acquisition and Employer branding, gaining hands-on experience in how data, digital marketing and operational processes support hiring at scale.

What you'll do

• Support the day-to-day monitoring of paid recruitment marketing campaigns and flag anything that needs attention
• Keep job listings live, accurate and correctly categorised across active boards
• Support weekly performance reporting across impressions, clicks, applications, cost per application and candidate pipeline contribution, and flag unusual performance or budget pacing.
• Coordinate creative feedback between the TA team, Employer Brand and external agencies
• Research markets, audiences and competitors to help sharpen the marketing approach
• Help improve recurring workflows and identify opportunities to make processes more efficient and support recurring operational tasks across the team

You'll be great for this role if…

• Currently studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
• Some hands-on exposure to marketing, recruitment, creative content or communications 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting basic campaign metrics
• You're detail-oriented, organised and comfortable taking ownership of recurring tasks
• Interested in digital marketing, data and how processes can be improved
