About the Role

We are looking for 2 current (Core) CODE students to support the OS Task Force and its freelancers with the upcoming Fall 2026 Orientation Semester (OS) cohort - namely in the OS_02 and OS_05 modules. Given the intake of the Fall cohort (expected c. 80 students) the OS has been split into two parallel teaching and learning tracks. It is anticipated that each OS working student will support a freelance facilitator in either track within teaching and learning sessions and broader administrative tasks (see below).

 

In this position, you will support our students in their learning experience by: 


  • Supporting in the iteration of teaching and learning materials - namely updating materials into the new CODE branding guidelines.

  • Updating workshop content from Miro to Figjam

  • Supporting facilitators in teaching and learning (LU) sessions

  • Being a point of contact for new OS students with academic questions / broader CODE community questions.

  • These roles will commence during CW 37 or week commencing Monday 7th September. 


We’re looking for someone with the following skillset:


  • High attention to detail and the ability to meet set deadlines 

  • Experience of the OS (preferably if you took part in the OS from Spring 2025)

  • Advanced knowledge of Figma / Figjam and Google Suite

  • An excellent collaborator with strong communication skills.

For working student positions at CODE, we need you to meet the following requirements:

  • Being currently matriculated at a German university - for these roles we are looking for currently enrolled CODE students only. Please do not apply if you are not studying at CODE University of Applied Sciences. 

  • Having a registered address in Germany and a German tax number.

  • Having the right to work in Germany.

  • Having a German bank account.



 What you can expect:

  • Contract type: Minijob

  • Number of weekly hours: 10

  • Duration: Fall / Winter Semester 2026 (07.09.2026 - 31.01.2027)

  • 15 EUR hourly rate (gross)
