Our Program Coordinators (PC) work closely with a team of Program Coordinators in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The PC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building internal relationships.
This coordinator will be an organizational subject matter expert, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Key job responsibilities
Manage operational workflows and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution within established service level agreements while maintaining high quality standards and data accuracy.
Coordinate end-to-end program logistics including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation for interviewing and hiring programs across multiple business units and geographic regions.
Create and maintain reporting mechanisms including operational dashboards, monthly business review inputs, and status updates that provide leadership visibility into program health and key metrics.
Develop and implement process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance stakeholder experience through automation and standardized procedures.
Serve as primary operational contact for assigned programs, providing guidance on processes and systems while coordinating between program managers, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
Conduct quality assurance activities including audits, data validation, and compliance checks to ensure operational excellence and adherence to established standards across all deliverables.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
- Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent
- Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
- Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
- Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS)
