  • Hands-on experience across IT project lifecycles, including gathering requirements, testing, and troubleshooting systems.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working directly with developers to solve business problems.

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SQL or other data retrieval/manipulation technologies.
  • Experience developing solutions, working with developers, or managing configurations is an asset

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated experience in analyzing and resolving business or technical challenges.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to working within a team.
  • A 'can-do' and curious attitude towards owning and solving problems

Working Arrangements & Other Requirements

  • Full-time position (in-office 5 days/week)
  • This role may require participation in after-hours support.
  • Must be located in the Vancouver/Lower Mainland area.
