We're seeking a highly motivated and versatile Junior User Acquisition Manager to join our centralized UA department. This is a critical, high-impact role where you will take ownership of diverse, core user acquisition channels.

This position is ideal for a proactive, data-driven marketer who thrives on cross-functional work, is eager to quickly master new challenges, and wants to be instrumental in scaling our user base across various projects.

Junior UA Manager

Salary range: €45,000-55,000/annum

What You'll Do 🎯

• Own and scale core UA channels (AppLovin, Moloco, Unity, Liftoff, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest and etc.).

• Analyse ROAS, CPI, LTV, pLTV, retention and payback per channel and per creative type (UGC, gameplay).

• Own creative uploads, monitor performance, and lead creative testing and scaling.

• Optimise for pLTV-flagged, IAP-driving users.
