Educational Videos Actor, UK & Ireland (Freelance)

<p>IXL Learning, developer of personalised learning products used by millions of people globally, is looking for camera-loving actors from the UK and Ireland to help us localise our video tutorials. In this role, you will self-tape video footage using provided scripts to teach students different educational concepts in maths or English. <span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-REMOTE</span></p> <p><strong>This is a remote consulting role for candidates from the UK or Ireland.&nbsp;</strong></p> <h4>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li>Using pre-written scripts, self-tape short instructional videos for kids and teens; most videos will be a few minutes long and will consist of an on-screen portion and a voiceover portion.</li> <li>Shoot and act in your own videos to deliver clear, engaging, professional lessons</li> <li>Adhere to video production guidelines and file specifications</li> <li>Film reshoots/rerecords when necessary</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li>Ability to record and produce very high-quality video footage of yourself</li> <li>Engaging on-screen presence for audiences of little kids (ages 5-7), big kids and/or teens</li> <li>Clear, effective presentation style</li> </ul> <p><em>Select candidates will be asked to complete their application by submitting a sample video using a pre-written script. Candidates with the top videos will be selected to move forward with the application process.
