Senior Developer
Job Description
Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customisation, configuration and extension using the Power Platform
- Proven experience operating CI/CD pipelines, including source control, automated builds and release management
- Experience with integrations and data management, including APIs and ensuring data quality and consistency
- Ability to understand business needs and communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues
- A collaborative and inclusive approach, valuing different perspectives and working effectively across diverse teams
- Design, build and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support effective stakeholder management, ensuring the platform meets user needs and remains scalable
- Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines for CRM and associated Power Platform components, enabling reliable, repeatable and low-risk deployments
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements, translating them into practical, user-focused solutions and improvements
- Maintain and support the CRM platform, including troubleshooting issues, managing releases and ensuring performance and reliability, while partnering closely with the Automation team to align design patterns, integration approaches and reuse across the wider Power Platform ecosystem
