Lead UX/UI Designer - Digital Transformation

Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Digital UX / UI Designer.
• Experience with membership organisations is ideally preferred.
• Strong experience in digital design using Figma, GA4, and Hotjar.
• Experience in automation and AI.
• Experience redesigning membership acquisition and customer journeys.

Responsibilities:

• We will create, design, document, and communicate the digital design system in Figma and associated design tools.
• We will establish an automated DesignOps process with an AI toolset to enable seamless handoff between design, product, and engineering teams.
• We will oversee the redesign of core membership acquisition journeys and paywalled services.
