Java Tech Lead

Salary: £75,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• We lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications, with around 80% hands-on coding.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• We provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• We ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through regular reviews and testing.
• We develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
• We identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
• We stay updated on emerging Java technologies and industry best practices.
• We coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
