Integration Engineer

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in SaaS integrations, solutions engineering or technical consulting
• Strong API and REST integration knowledge
• Understanding of databases and SQL
• Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to analyse and solve technical problems
• Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in cloud and modern technology environments
• Background within SaaS, Payments, FinTech, Logistics, ERP, CRM or related technology sectors preferred

Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on integration architecture and implementation strategy
• Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions
• Help customers maximise the value of our platform through best-practice integration approaches
• Act as the technical focal point for customer implementations
• Demonstrate integrations, workflows and technical capabilities to clients
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide practical solutions
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams
• Support partners and customers through onboarding and integration activities
• Contribute customer insights and product feedback to internal stakeholders

We are a global SaaS technology company seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in London. This is a hybrid role based in London, with three days per week in the office. We offer a base salary of £75,000 to £80,000, plus a variable bonus of £20,000 to £30,000. The role is focused on helping enterprise customers design and deploy robust API-led integrations while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
