End User Computing Lead

Salary: £45,000 - 73,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading End User Computing or Digital Workplace teams in a complex organisation
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and modern endpoint management
• Strong experience across Windows, macOS, mobile device management and endpoint security
• Experience partnering with Cyber Security teams on Zero Trust, identity and data protection initiatives
• Track record of improving service performance and end-user experience at scale
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting at leadership level
• Strong people leadership, vendor management and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver our End User Computing strategy across devices, workplace technology and collaboration tools
• Lead global teams responsible for endpoint management, device lifecycle, workplace services and user support
• Drive adoption of modern management technologies, including Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
• Improve service performance, user experience and operational efficiency through automation and continuous improvement
• Partner with Cyber Security teams to strengthen endpoint security, identity management and compliance
• Lead major technology projects, including upgrades, migrations and workplace transformation initiatives
• Manage key technology suppliers and service partners
• Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
