Clear Skye IAM Engineer

Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in admin, configuration, and development activities in ServiceNow, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Service Requests, SLM, and Virtual Agent
• Experience with IAM modules, specifically Clear Skye identity governance and admin software is mandatory
• Experience with non-ITSM modules such as ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM
• Experience with integrations with Oracle Fusion and Active Directory
• Familiarity with SQL, HTML, and CSS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities:

• Work on UI Actions, UI Policy, Access Control Lists, and related ServiceNow configuration
• Develop ESS pages and content management solutions
• Write server-side scripts using Script Includes
• Use ACLs to control the security mechanism in ServiceNow
• Support SOAP and REST API integrations
• Support ServiceNow integration with monitoring solutions
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery and manage data
• Develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform component integration testing
• Understand business needs, standardize processes, and translate them into design
• Work on platform upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and determine integration requirements
