Business Analyst

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Business Analyst or similar business change role.
• Ability to gather, analyse and interpret business requirements and turn them into practical, user-focused solutions.
• Experience working with commercial business systems or CRM platforms within a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging people at all levels.
• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM platforms would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities and develop practical solutions that support commercial objectives.
• Review and improve business processes to help teams work more efficiently.
• Translate business requirements into clear documentation that supports successful project delivery and system enhancements.
• Coordinate testing, support successful implementation and help colleagues embrace new ways of working through effective communication and training.
• Build strong relationships across the business, acting as the link between operational teams and technical specialists to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
