IT Support Technician

Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements:

• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous but not essential.
• Previous experience in a support technician role.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A calm, logical approach to problem-solving and customer care.
• Experience with cloud platforms, video calls, or customer training.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of customer queries with warmth, patience, and professionalism.
• Provide support by phone, video, email, and chat.
• Run product demonstrations, onboard new customers, and deliver training sessions.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams, sharing ideas and feedback for improvements.
• Travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows; weekend travel is compensated with time off in lieu.
