Data Architect (SC Cleared NPPV3)

Salary: £143,000 - 148,200 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Data Architect, with a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale data solutions in complex environments
• Experience working across multiple systems, applications and organisational domains
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end data architecture, including ingestion, storage, validation, transformation and integration
• Excellent logical and physical data-modelling skills
• Experience with modern data platforms, data warehouses and cloud-based data solutions
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and metadata management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Active SC (Security Check) clearance
• Active NPPV Level 3 (NPPV3) clearance

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end data architecture solutions across complex enterprise environments
• Define architecture for data ingestion, storage, validation, transformation, integration and reporting
• Produce logical and physical data models
• Work across multiple applications, platforms and technologies to create integrated data solutions
• Establish data architecture standards and best practices
• Embed data governance, quality, security and compliance in solution designs
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, analysts and senior stakeholders throughout delivery
• Produce technical documentation and architecture artefacts

Were seeking an experienced Data Architect to join a high-profile programme delivering enterprise-scale data solutions in a secure government environment. Youll help define and deliver data architecture across a complex technology landscape, designing scalable, resilient solutions that support strategic transformation and critical business services. This is a contract role paying £570 per day, outside IR35, with hybrid working requiring three days per week onsite in Central London; an immediate start is preferred.
