Consultant Database Specialist

Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Support accurate and timely data submissions to Consultant Databases globally
• Build relationships with stakeholders across sales, public and private markets investment teams, and subject matter experts to ensure data meets client and consultant needs
• Support our global RFP function with data accessibility, enablement and quality checks
• Work collaboratively to produce accurate, high-quality data and conduct peer reviews to maintain consistency and quality standards
• Liaise with external Consultant Databases providers to add and maintain product information on their platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reduce manual effort, and strengthen the quality, consistency and usability of Consultant Databases content
• Support existing clients through bespoke reporting by delivering quantitative data on their fund holdings in client-specific formats and coordinating distribution with the relevant sales representative
• Work with client-facing teams, investment product teams and subject matter experts to understand data requirements, resolve queries and deliver high-quality outputs
