Technical Architect - Microsoft 365

Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year

Requirements:

• Expertise in Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft security technologies, including Defender, Sentinel, XDR, PIM, and Cloud Apps
• Strong experience designing and supporting hybrid on-premises environments, including Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations using tools such as Quest, AvePoint, and ShareGate
• Ability to design complex, multi-technology enterprise solutions
• Strong presales and consultancy experience in large-scale customer environments
• Experience leading technical bid teams and virtual project teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical audiences
• Relevant certifications, accreditations, or equivalent enterprise-level experience

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, including CIO-level audiences
• Define technical strategy for major enterprise accounts
• Lead presales engagements, including discovery workshops, qualification, and solution shaping
• Support proposition development, pipeline growth, and revenue generation
• Design enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and hybrid solutions aligned with customer requirements
• Lead large-scale and complex consultancy assignments
• Provide technical leadership across bid teams and virtual delivery teams
• Review and assure the quality of technical deliverables
• Build strong relationships across internal and customer stakeholder groups
• Keep ahead of emerging Microsoft technologies, market trends, and industry best practices
• Support practice development initiatives and mentor junior team members
