Full Stack Engineer (Next.js/React)

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience with React; Next.js experience is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and React/Next.js.
• Strong attention to quality and detail, with solid knowledge of customer-centric products.
• A pragmatic, customer-focused approach, balancing delivery of value with architectural quality.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and take ownership from idea through deployment.
• Interest in solving real-world problems in logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale complex, high-performing web applications using Next.js and React.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create polished, intuitive, responsive interfaces.
• Improve performance, accessibility, and scalability across platforms.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and design discussions.
• Promote best practices in frontend engineering, testing, and CI/CD.
• Mentor and support teammates to strengthen the engineering team.
