CRM Transformation Lead (Salesforce)

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Salesforce specialist with a broad, generalist skill set
• Resourceful, proactive mindset and willingness to learn; education-sector experience is not required
• Successful applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS and Barred List check, along with other legally required checks

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Salesforce CRM transformation, shaping and developing the platform
• Bridge communication between technical implementation partners, staff and senior leadership
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term platform roadmap goals
• Configure and administer Salesforce, including building flows, fixing validation rules and maintaining data quality
• Provide day-to-day user support and deliver training
• Help ensure the CRM delivers value and improves student and employer journeys

We are recruiting a full-time, permanent Salesforce CRM Transformation Lead for our IT and Digital Services team; 0.8 FTE and flexible working may also be considered. The role is based across our campuses, with hybrid working and free on-site parking, and pays £33,615–£36,353 depending on qualifications and experience.
