AIR ERP Support Analyst

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require experience with ITIL V3/V4 Incident Management and Problem Management.
• We require hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• We require the ability to work from our Warton site three days per week.
• We require applicants to meet our security and export control restrictions, including achieving Baseline Personnel Security Standard.
• For many roles, we require higher levels of National Security Vetting and typically 5 to 10 years of continuous UK residency, depending on the vetting level.

Responsibilities:

• We support the service operations for the day-to-day administration of our AIR ERP IT solution.
• We triage and resolve incidents and problems using ServiceNow and Jira.
• We manage user account maintenance activities and verify account maintenance requests.
• We respond to general queries relating to our AIR ERP operation.
• We investigate incidents further with ERP users to clarify issues and support resolution.
• We progress general requests and queries to the relevant approver and help resolve any issues that arise.
• We support continuous service improvement and cost reduction activities.
• We provide reporting and status updates to our management team as required.
• We support service reviews and ensure agreed service changes are delivered to programme.
