Principal Software Engineer

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering high-quality software solutions within modern engineering environments.
• Strong technical expertise across Azure, C#, ASP.NET, React, APIs, and cloud-based development.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
• A passion for innovation, with experience using AI tools to enhance software development.
• Strong understanding of secure development practices within SaaS or compliance-driven environments.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with data migration, integrations, or complex data-driven solutions.
• Experience within SaaS products and commercially focused technology environments.

• Raise the capability of the engineering team by sharing expertise, providing technical guidance, mentoring others, and demonstrating best practice in design, delivery, and problem solving.
