Senior SAP SuccessFactors Performance Consultant

Salary: £43,500 - 74,500 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Performance implementations
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors, with exposure to multiple modules preferred
• Experience working on global HR transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the wider SuccessFactors ecosystem, including employee experience technologies
• Experience supporting business development or pre-sales activities
• A collaborative leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
• UK national eligible for UK SC/security clearance

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Performance implementations on large, global programmes
• Drive business process design and transformation workshops
• Advise clients on SAP best practice and the latest SuccessFactors innovations
• Manage and mentor functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, RFP responses and client demonstrations
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams
• Ensure high-quality project delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle

We are a high-performing SAP practice delivering complex, global HR transformation programmes for major enterprise clients. This is a hybrid role based in Preston, with three days per week onsite Tuesday to Thursday. We offer the opportunity to lead functional workstreams, shape innovative performance management solutions, and collaborate with experienced SAP professionals on some of the UKs most exciting HR transformation projects. You will join a growing SAP practice with excellent long-term project opportunities and play a key role in solution design, client engagement, and large-scale enterprise delivery.
