SAP EDI Support Specialist

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Order to Cash and Supply Chain processes, ideally gained in a manufacturing environment.
• We need experience supporting SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC6.
• We need strong EDI application support experience, ideally with at least 3 years in EDI.
• We need experience with EDI maps, IDocs, and messaging, including troubleshooting EDI data issues.
• We need experience managing and supporting messaging, customer onboarding, and EDI interfaces and changes.
• We need experience supporting OTC processes and SAP system upgrades and changes.
• We need middleware integration support experience, ideally with SAP XI and VAN.
• We need experience supporting customer accounts and credits, audit controls, compliance testing, and testing activities.
• We need experience working with third-party EDI partners and system integrators, including logging and testing incidents.
• We need data analysis and reporting skills, including Excel.
• We need strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• We will maintain and optimise EDI application support.
• We will manage EDI data and troubleshoot issues, including IDocs.
• We will support messaging, customer onboarding, and EDI interfaces and changes.
• We will support OTC processes and SAP system upgrades and changes.
• We will provide middleware integration support, including SAP XI and VAN.
• We will manage and support customer accounts and credits.
• We will support audit controls, compliance testing, and wider testing activities.
• We will work with EDI third parties and partner with the system integrator.
• We will log and test incidents and support system upgrades by monitoring the release calendar.
• We will support local and global SAP/EDI projects.
• We will perform data analysis and reporting using Excel.
• We will communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are offering a permanent SAP EDI Support Specialist role based in Slough, Berkshire, with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days onsite each week. The package includes a salary of £52k to £55k, a 10% bonus, and benefits.
