Job Description
Sie wollen nicht nur Zahlen reporten, sondern echten Einfluss auf das operative Geschäft haben? Als Business Controller (m/w/d) sind Sie Sparringspartner für die operativen Einheiten unseres Kunden und sorgen dafür, dass aus Zahlen konkrete Entscheidungen werden.
Aufgaben
- Übernahme des Operations Controllings unserer Geschäftseinheiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Fachbereichen
- Analyse des operativen Geschäfts, Erkennung von Abweichungen und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
- Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen, Dashboards und Reports
- Unterstützung bei Planung, Forecast und Steuerung
- Verbindung von Zahlen mit operativer Realität
Qualifikation
- Fundierte Controlling-Erfahrung mit Fokus auf operative Steuerung
- Sicheres Verständnis von GuV, Cashflow und Kostenstrukturen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im operativen Controlling projektorienterter Umfelder
- Analytische Stärke: Sie gehen Abweichungen auf den Grund und leiten Maßnahmen ab
- Zukunftsorientiertes Denken: Forecast statt Rückspiegel
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, ERP-Systemen und idealerweise BI-Tools
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
