Sie wollen nicht nur Zahlen reporten, sondern echten Einfluss auf das operative Geschäft haben? Als Business Controller (m/w/d) sind Sie Sparringspartner für die operativen Einheiten unseres Kunden und sorgen dafür, dass aus Zahlen konkrete Entscheidungen werden.

Aufgaben

  • Übernahme des Operations Controllings unserer Geschäftseinheiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Fachbereichen
  • Analyse des operativen Geschäfts, Erkennung von Abweichungen und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen, Dashboards und Reports
  • Unterstützung bei Planung, Forecast und Steuerung
  • Verbindung von Zahlen mit operativer Realität

Qualifikation

  • Fundierte Controlling-Erfahrung mit Fokus auf operative Steuerung
  • Sicheres Verständnis von GuV, Cashflow und Kostenstrukturen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im operativen Controlling projektorienterter Umfelder
  • Analytische Stärke: Sie gehen Abweichungen auf den Grund und leiten Maßnahmen ab
  • Zukunftsorientiertes Denken: Forecast statt Rückspiegel
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, ERP-Systemen und idealerweise BI-Tools
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
