Technical Support Analyst

Salary: £78,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements:

• 2 years of retail store systems information technology experience
• Experience in Oracle XStore and associated infrastructure
• Experience in the build, deployment, and maintenance of Oracle XStore technology
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• Knowledge of Windows batch and Linux shell scripting

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support Oracle XStore test environments and hardware within IT test labs
• Build, deploy, and support XStore versions and related infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and environment issues
• Work closely with project teams and third-party vendors across EMEA
