Senior Product Manager

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience owning and delivering digital products and services through different phases of the product lifecycle, including operational running of the product.
• Proven experience using agile methodologies.
• Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with changing priorities.
• Experience matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of complex digital products and services.
• Work closely with agile delivery teams to maximise value and outcomes.
• Manage product backlogs and competing priorities.
• Balance new feature development with operational stability and technical health.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, change and technology teams.
• Support and develop Product Managers and Agile Delivery Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement across products and delivery teams.
• Ensure successful delivery across multiple products or complex services.
