Salary: £31,000 - 51,000 per year

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of product management experience with a strong data background, ideally in technical or platform roles.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture and ETL pipelines, including the ability to discuss ingestion, transformation, and data structure for downstream use with data engineers.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integration patterns, including the ability to assess data contracts and integration risks alongside engineers.
  • Experience with CDPs, tracking plans, pipeline management, and data quality.
  • Working understanding of preparing data for AI, including vector embeddings, structured outputs, and context windows; interest in MCP and agentic tooling.
  • Regular use of agentic tooling such as Claude Code and automation agents.
  • Clear communication skills across technical and commercial audiences.
  • Experience working in agile environments, preferably in B2B SaaS or a scale-up.
  • Bonus: Direct experience building AI-first features or agentic workflows.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with MCP tool design, vector databases, or AI system monitoring and security.
  • Bonus: Experience in event tech, MarTech, or platforms with complex multi-system data flows.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve data integration challenges within Engage, considering how clean data enables downstream AI capabilities.
  • Own the product roadmap for data integrations, mapping data flows through Grip for current reporting and future agentic use.
  • Drive API integration work with organiser systems, third-party providers, and enterprise platforms, considering AI consumption of the data.
  • Work with data engineers on ETL pipeline design and dataset structure to meet AI agents needs.
  • Maintain and evolve event tracking through our CDPs to ensure data is complete, accurate, and machine-usable.
  • Define success metrics and build feedback loops to ground product decisions in data.
  • Contribute to MCP tool design and shape how Grips data is exposed to and consumed by agentic systems.
  • Work with the Data and AI squad to identify product value from agentic capabilities.
  • Develop working knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and security for AI systems.
  • Run squad ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Work with engineering leads to manage trade-offs, resolve blockers, and maintain a healthy backlog.
  • Use agentic tools, Claude Code, GitHub automations, and agents to manage workflows, solve problems, and contribute to minor fixes.
