Digital System Administrator

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in systems administration, support, or a similar role
• Experience responding to queries and supporting users
• Experience working with data, including updating, checking, and correcting information
• Confident problem solver
• Good attention to detail, particularly when working with data
• Confident using digital systems for day-to-day tasks

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day system support and resolve user queries
• Maintain accurate system data and help investigate issues
• Support system integrations and data flows
• Produce reports and data extracts
• Help improve how systems are used and supported across our organisation
