Job Description

Requirements:- Experience in systems administration, support, or a similar role
- Experience responding to queries and supporting users
- Experience working with data, including updating, checking, and correcting information
- Confident problem solver
- Good attention to detail, particularly when working with data
- Confident using digital systems for day-to-day tasks
- Provide day-to-day system support and resolve user queries
- Maintain accurate system data and help investigate issues
- Support system integrations and data flows
- Produce reports and data extracts
- Help improve how systems are used and supported across our organisation

We are recruiting a Digital Systems Administrator on a fixed-term full-time contract for 6 months, based in Balham with hybrid working from home.
