2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an IT Support Engineer or similar with experience in 2nd line support.
• We need someone with a background in Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.
• The role is commutable to Yateley.

Responsibilities:

• We respond to IT support requests raised through 1st line helpdesk support.
• We address and troubleshoot technical issues.
• We provide remote support to customers and resolve issues.
• We work Monday to Friday.
