IT Support Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Intune, and modern cloud services.
- Experience with webserver management (IIS or similar).
- Familiarity with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to support staff at all levels.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our UK sites.
- A flexible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of IT service management.
- Provide 1st to 3rd line support for users across our UK sites.
- Manage and maintain Windows desktop and server environments.
- Support and administer web servers, Azure services, Intune, and develop Power Automate workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Assist with system migrations, upgrades, and deployment projects.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support for key systems.
- Travel occasionally between our UK sites.
