Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server platforms.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Intune, and modern cloud services.
  • Experience with webserver management (IIS or similar).
  • Familiarity with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to support staff at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our UK sites.
  • A flexible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of IT service management.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st to 3rd line support for users across our UK sites.
  • Manage and maintain Windows desktop and server environments.
  • Support and administer web servers, Azure services, Intune, and develop Power Automate workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Assist with system migrations, upgrades, and deployment projects.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support for key systems.
  • Travel occasionally between our UK sites.

We are seeking a dynamic IT Support Engineer to join our small but dedicated IT team in Stansted, UK. This is a varied role covering all levels of support, from day-to-day desktop troubleshooting to server administration and cloud technologies. You will play a key part in keeping our business-critical systems running across multiple sites, so flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. The role offers a salary of £40,000 and involves occasional travel between our UK sites as well as participation in an on-call rota for out-of-hours support.
