Job Description

Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of e-discovery and the e-discovery reference model (EDRM).
  • We need strong knowledge and proficiency with Relativity.
  • We are seeking strong project management and consulting skills, with an emphasis on directly supporting teams of attorneys and support staff.
  • Technical experience is preferred, ideally in a legal environment or at a vendor specializing in legal technology processing services.
  • An associates degree or equivalent is required; a bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities:
  • We serve as an integral part of our Practice Support Services team.
  • We provide high-level support for litigation and transactional matters within our Technology department.
  • We consult with and assist attorneys, paralegals, and staff on hardcopy and electronic discovery projects.
  • We support litigation services including coordinating collections, productions, depositions, and trial presentations.
  • We act as a liaison and primary point of contact between our Practice Support Center team and Practice Technology Consulting team.
  • We design efficient workflows and help ensure projects are completed to specifications and standards.
  • We work with the Forensic Analyst and/or vendors to ensure client or firm data is collected in a manner suitable for processing.
  • We provide guidance for exceptions and non-standard file types.
  • We understand and follow current protocols and best practices for ESI processing, TAR, and production.
  • We serve as an escalation point for the rest of our Practice Support Center team for ESI processing.
  • We ensure all processing jobs are conducted according to standard procedures.
  • We provide training and support to attorneys, paralegals, staff, clients, and external users on document review databases and our practice support software and tools.
  • We support the development, implementation, and assessment of ongoing PSS training programs.
  • We create quality control processes to deliver high-quality work product.
  • We identify areas where escalation and/or new procedures are required.
