Oracle Learning Functional Lead
Job Description
Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience delivering Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
- Strong functional configuration expertise across learning courses, offerings, activities, and specialisations.
- Strong functional configuration expertise across learning catalogues and communities.
- Strong functional configuration expertise across compliance and mandatory learning.
- Strong functional configuration expertise across security and access groups.
- Strong functional configuration expertise across class scheduling, enrolments, approvals, and notifications.
- Strong functional configuration expertise across learning records, reporting, and completion tracking.
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Lead Oracle Learning Cloud workstreams across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and design through to testing and deployment.
- Facilitate client workshops and advise on learning strategy, process transformation, and Oracle best practice.
- Design and configure Oracle Learning solutions aligned to business and transformation objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across HR, Learning & Development, Talent, IT, and business leadership teams.
