Salary: £160,000 - 200,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
  • Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, or Python).
  • Masters degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • 10 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
  • 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 10 years of experience in operations management, including process improvement, operational reviews, and workflow optimization.
  • 10 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems and commands.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive cross-functional stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
  • Influence major product decisions based on developer feedback or technical expertise.
  • Lead the scalability of existing solutions or create repeatable solutions such as best-practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and effective documentation.
  • Strategize solution code development in collaboration with internal or external developers, users, partners, clients, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders throughout their process life cycle to provide technical guidance or identify existing or new technical solution offerings that help shape outcomes.
  • Work with customers to help transform their businesses through Google Cloud Platform.
  • Provide pre-sales enterprise architecture support, solutions delivery and migration, and engineering expertise for Googles largest customers.
  • Work on customer RFPs and proposal processes in partnership with sales and customer engineering counterparts.
  • Help inform the scope of services staffing and timelines.
  • Advise customers on architecture best practices and architectural blueprints for migration to Google Cloud.
  • Propose, develop, and implement new approaches while striving for execution consistency and repeatability.
  • Represent and deliver best practices across infrastructure, application, and data modernization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Google and support our services partner community.
