IT Support Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year
Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment
- Proficiency troubleshooting and supporting macOS and Windows operating systems
- Experience managing AV equipment and conference room setups
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow and ITSM platforms
- Prior experience using MDMs such as Jamf and Workspace ONE for fleet management
- Prior experience using Okta
- Knowledge of or prior experience with office networking, ideally Meraki
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to other offices as needed, including occasional travel to EMEA offices
- Provide on-site IT support in our London office, resolving tickets and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Assist with remote IT requests and provide additional IT support across the EMEA region
- Manage AV equipment and conference rooms in our London office to support meetings and events
- Install local office equipment, including workstations, network equipment, and peripherals
- Conduct IT onboarding and orientations for new hires across the UK and EMEA
- Oversee shipping and receiving of IT equipment, particularly during onboarding and offboarding
- Collaborate with our IT team to improve processes and implement automation where applicable
- Assist in managing relationships with third-party vendors, particularly for equipment and services

Our current office schedule is three days in the office and two days remote. Starting salary is determined by factors including qualifications, level, skills, experience, location, and internal equity. The role is also eligible for bonus or commission, as applicable, equity, and benefits.
