Senior Scrum Master

Requirements:

• Significant experience managing products using Agile methodology and facilitating in an iterative environment
• A can-do attitude and willingness to work with Scrum teams to deliver working software within Agile
• Experience using structured product management methodologies and formal tools and approaches
• Five years of Scrum or similar Agile experience
• Scrum Master experience; certification preferred
• Accounting background and/or financial services experience preferred
• At least five years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum Coach, successfully managing multiple projects or teams in a technical environment
• Experience with recognised Scrum workflow tools such as JIRA, and with SharePoint and Confluence
• Extensive experience owning sprint and quarter-on-quarter metrics, daily radiators, sprint reviews, capacity planning and quarterly program increment planning
• Experience managing data warehouse and reporting projects in the financial industry
• Knowledge of SharePoint
