Digital Engineer Developer – Agentic AI Engineer

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong software development skills in Python, APIs, and scripting
• Experience with automation and workflow platforms
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent patterns
• Understanding of integration patterns and enterprise systems
• Experience with tools such as n8n, LangGraph, or similar is a plus
• Knowledge of AI observability and testing frameworks is a plus
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices is a plus
• Experience in ITSM automation or managed services is a plus
• 38 years of experience in software development or automation engineering
• Experience with modern development tools and cloud-native environments
• A builder comfortable using AI to accelerate development, who is curious, adaptable, and focused on delivering working solutions
• To be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Build and configure agents, workflows, and integrations
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development
• Implement agent logic, prompts, and decision flows
• Integrate with enterprise systems, including ITSM platforms, APIs, and data sources
• Test and validate agent behavior and outputs
• Collaborate with architects and service designers on implementation
• Contribute reusable components and templates
