Head of IT Architecture & Data, Professional Services

Salary: £110,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:

• TOGAF certification is essential.
• Blended background in IT Architecture, Data and Data Governance.
• Familiarity with CISO set-ups.
• Hands-on and strategic experience.
• Background in a law firm or, at minimum, professional services.
• Technical background in Solution Architecture or Data Architecture, with progression into leadership.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Proven enterprise architecture leadership experience, including data architecture.
• Experience defining strategy, standards, governance and roadmaps in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of business, application, data, integration and technology architecture.
• Experience designing scalable, resilient and supportable solutions across cloud and SaaS environments.
• Good knowledge of data governance, AI governance, risk, assurance and control.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and influence senior stakeholders with credibility.
• Experience in a regulated or professional services environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT architecture and data governance activities.
• Develop and define strategy, standards, governance and roadmaps.
• Work hands-on as well as strategically across architecture and data.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Design scalable, resilient and supportable solutions across cloud and SaaS environments.
• Support data governance, AI governance, risk, assurance and control activities.
• Travel to other UK sites on occasion.
• Work in a hybrid arrangement, being in the office circa 2 days per week.
