Lead IEC61850 Application Engineer

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience designing, developing, and testing embedded software (firmware)
• Experience working with platforms and systems that control real-time functions of physical devices
• Ability to tailor software to the needs of the hardware it controls

Responsibilities:

• Design embedded software (firmware), platforms, and systems
• Develop embedded software that controls and runs on devices
• Test firmware and related systems
• Support real-time control of physical devices such as motors, alternators, engines, valves, fans, and similar products
