SAP Delivery Lead

Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP programmes, ideally within a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformations or major SAP implementations.
• Experience managing multi-million-pound programmes with global or multi-country scope.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Familiarity with programme governance frameworks and delivery methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
• Background in consulting, such as Big 4 or GSI equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP transformation programmes, such as S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Manage multiple project workstreams across functional and technical SAP teams.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, RAID management, and delivery plans.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.
• Coordinate system integrators, consulting teams, and client resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive risk mitigation, change management, and programme communications.
